ReADY Request Sign-on

Our campus uses ReADY Request to submit and monitor work orders
<https://ready.sucf.suny.edu/plattsburgh> for preventative maintenance and
repair in our buildings and grounds. There have been reports of issues at
log-in.  To ensure you are logging in correctly at the welcome screen,
select “Sign on using SSO”, as seen in the image below.

Do not enter your email or create a profile. Entering your email address
creates a duplicate account and causes a communication error in the system
preventing you from being able to use the system.

Following the selection of "sign on using SSO", select Plattsburgh as your
campus, and authenticate using the DUO service.
