Assist with Election Day

Hello Colleagues,

I hope this email finds you well. I am looking for assistance with an
Election Day event called Poll Brigade. Essentially, this event is a way
for both Staff and Students to call/stop by and get questions answered
about voting that day. Whether it be how do I check if I am registered, who
do I call if I found it challenging to vote at the polls, or I need a stamp
for my absentee ballot etc. No expertise required, really you would be
helping assist and support people by directing them to websites, important
phone numbers, etc.

Students and Staff would be able to stop by the Alumni Conference room or
jump in on a zoom call.

Looking to try and cover hours from 11am to about 6pm. Then at 7pm, our
hope is to then have a live Watch Party (virtual) (Details still to come).
