Winter Break Remote Work Program for Non-Teaching Positions

The College is shifting to a remote work model for the winter break for
those positions that are not required to report to campus, due to the
changes to the academic calendar for the end of the Fall 2020 semester and
the start of the Spring 2021 semester. The exact dates allowed will vary by
department, but may include the time period between Monday, November 23,
2020 and Friday, February 5, 2021. The College will be open for business
during this time and we must provide continuity of operations but this can
be accomplished remotely for many areas.  Shifting to remote work, allows
for greater social distancing as we navigate COVID-19 during the cold and
flu season.

Department Managers will be working with their respective Vice President to
determine their level of participation in this program and the dates they
are expected to work remotely.  All employees participating in the program
will be required to complete the Winter Break Remote Work Program
Attestation

This form includes employee information, a description of duties, and an
agreement that all federal and state laws, rules, and policies will
continue to be followed during this program.  Records of work activities
will be maintained by the supervisor on a weekly basis, via the Work Log
