Part Two of our fall 2020 Three-Part Series titled, "Conversations on
Canada". Details on this second presentation, featuring Mr. André Picard,
Health Columnist and award-winning Canadian journalist for The Globe and
Mail, are below:

Presentation Title:
"The Pandemic Experience: How Do Canada and the U.S. Compare>"

Overview:
Per capita, Canada has about 80% fewer coronavirus cases and about 50%
fewer COVID-19 deaths than the United States. A veteran health journalist
explores how the pandemic response in the two countries differs
politically, socially, and economically.

Presenter's Short Bio:
Mr. André Picard is the health columnist at The Globe and Mail, Canada's
national newspaper. He is also the author of five best-selling books, most
recently, a collection of essays entitled, "Matters of Life and Death:
Public Health Issues in Canada".
