Tuesday Reflections presents Dr. Isabel Arredondo, Professor in Modern
Languages and Cultures, speaking on "Building Digital Archives with
students" on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 4:30pm via Zoom only.  Below is an
abstract of Dr. Arredondo's presentation.

Building Digital Archives with Students
*Presenters:*  Isabel Arredondo, Professor of Modern Languages and
Cultures, Dr. Joshua Beatty, Associate Librarian and Michael Gates,
Communication Studies student.

The SUNY Plattsburgh team that built the digital archive
Super8festivals.org- a faculty member, a librarian and a student-- will
describe their experience and the potential for collaboration.

The team that built the archive, Dr. Isabel Arredondo, Dr. Joshua Beatty
and Michael Gates will be present at Tuesday Reflections.  They will talk
about their experience and the opportunities building digital archives open
for faculty-student collaboration, for faculty research and for students'
future employment.
