EAP lunch & Learn TODAY Tuesday 12pm via Zoom

Join the EAP office for an interactive lunch and learn to be held on TODAY,
Tues., Nov. 17th from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. You will learn about the
importance of a healthy work/life balance, ways to reduce/alleviate stress,
and helpful resources to use for future self-care needs. Attendees will
leave with their own personal self-care plan. We look forward to “seeing”
