[Important Information for Students] Proxy Management System Update - Action Required

Dear Students,

Our Proxy Management System has been migrated to a new, updated version.

Due to this upgrade, you will need to re-enter your proxies in the new
Proxy Management System.

Please see the attached document 'Student Instructions - How to Add a
Proxy' for a step-by-step-guide on how to re-enter your proxies.

Upon successfully entering a proxy, emails will be sent to the proxy
for them to confirm and establish their account.  The attachment 'Proxy
Instructions - How to Confirm and Establish your Proxy Account' provides a
step-by-step guide for proxies through this process.
