[Important Information for Students] Active Phishing alert

Campus Community,

Apologies for another email today, but it appears we had one or more
accounts get compromised and the bad actor started sending out emails from
those accounts to campus. *These are fradulent messages *that look like
they are coming from SUNY Plattsburgh IT (but actual sender was a
compromised account, redacted is samples below). There are also different
variations of this email that are being sent out.

 Here are a few example messages:

*Please do NOT respond to these emails or engage in any sort of zoom
meeting, click on links or any other activities as it proposes. *

If you did respond or have any questions or concerns, please contact the
