The holidays are a happy and festive time to go back home and spend time
with your family and friends, definitely not a time for sniffles. Flu
season is here! The flu (influenza) is a contagious respiratory illness
that can range from mild to severe. Common symptoms include:

·       Fever or chills

·       Cough

·       Sore throat

·       Runny or stuffy nose

·       Body aches

·       Headache

·       Fatigue
