Do you have questions? Need help with anything?

Being successful in college can be difficult at times, but you are not
alone. You can use Cardinal Star to connect with people who can answer your
questions and put you on the right path forward. To let us know what you
need simply click this Request Help link

or look for the Cardinal Star icon ("Burghy in the Star") on your
MyPlattsburgh portal. Once in Cardinal Star use the menu to reach the
Request Help screen. Select from the following:

Academic help:

   -

   I am falling behind in work
   -

   I am having difficulty adjusting to college
   -

   I need strategies for study and academic skills
   -

   I need help in a course
   -

   I need a tutor
   -

   I need help getting course materials
   -

   I need help from a librarian

Services:

   -

   I need help with an emergency financial hardship
   -

   I need help with my financial aid
