[Important Information for Students] New Electronic Schedule Adjustment Form

Dear Students,

Starting today, if you need to submit a late course add request, a course
withdrawal, or a late course withdrawal, *you can do so electronically with
our new electronic course schedule adjustment form. * This new electronic
form is replacing our paper version of the form.  Once you submit your
request, the form will be automatically routed to the appropriate
individuals for approval.

You can access the new electronic course schedule adjustment form from
either the Registrar's Forms webpage
<https://www.plattsburgh.edu/about/offices-divisions/registrar/dates-and-forms.html>,
or the Course Withdrawal Schedules and Procedures webpage
<https://www.plattsburgh.edu/about/offices-divisions/registrar/course-withdrawal.html>,
or via your myPlattsburgh portal under the Registrar section on the student
tab.

To complete the form:

   - Click 'late course addition' or 'withdraw from course' (please note,
   only one course action may be taken for each form submitted) (screenshot 1)

   - If you're requesting a late course add, click 'late course addition,'
   (screenshot 2) then search for the course either through the search bar, or
   search by subject. Then, click on the class you'd like to add, shown in
   the 'select the class you want to add' area

   - Read the additional information section (screenshot 3).  Please note
   the number of credits you will be registered for if the change is approved,
   and if you will need to obtain a credit overload authorization.  Then
   select the acknowledgement box at the bottom of the page and then click
   'Submit'.

   - If you're requesting a course withdrawal, click 'withdraw from course'
   (screenshot 4), then select the course from your schedule that you'd
   like to withdraw from.

   - Read the additional information section (screenshot 5).  Please note
   the full-time status information.  Then select the acknowledgement box at
   the bottom of the page and click 'Submit'.
