As finals week approaches, stress levels may rise. There are ways to manage

Stress Relief Tips:

   1.

   Exercise regularly to boost mood and relieve stress.
   2.

   Limit caffeine intake and switch to water to reduce stress levels.
   3.

   Get enough sleep for better mood and productivity.
   4.

   Eat balanced meals to improve mood and health.
   5.

   Set small goals to tackle large tasks and avoid procrastination.
   6.

   Express your emotions with friends, family, or a counselor.
   7.

   Practice mindfulness to stay present and grounded.
   8.

   Schedule "me-time” to relax and recharge.
   9.
