[Important Information for Students] August is Vehicle Registration Month - All Students Must Take Action

Fall vehicle registration begins August 1, and *all* students must take
action.

*Students without cars* must remove two optional parking fees (PR & PK)
before accepting tuition charges to avoid forfeiting the unwanted fees
after August 30.

*Students with cars* shall include two optional parking fees (PR & PK) in
tuition and accept charges, and then pre-register a car in MyPlattsburgh
<http://my.plattsburgh.edu/> prior to arrival.

Only pre-registered cars may park in designated lots, without a tag,
through August 25. Claim tags at the Angell College Center August 23-24,
9a-12n.

Effective August 26, *all* cars must display tags and park in designated
lots. Late registrants must wait 24 hours after registering to claim tags
from the Angell College Center on August 26-27, 9a-12n, or after August 28,
claim tags from UPD.

registration and compliance.

*25  *       Last day to park pre-registered cars, without tags, in designated
lots.
*26  *       Hang tag required to park cars in designated lots.
*26-27*    UPD disburses tags at Angell College Center, 9a-12n.
*28 +*      Claim tags at UPD for the remaining session.
*30*         Deadline to cancel unwanted parking fees to avoid forfeiture.
