Today starts course advisement period!

Each student meets with their primary academic advisor within the two weeks
of course advisement period, Oct 23–Nov 3. Here’s what you need to know:

   -

   VISIT the Course Advisement

   web page “Students” menu for important dates and guidance (see the “Change
   Your Major or Minor” menu item for instructions to declare or change your
   field of study now).
   -

   SCHEDULE an appointment with your advisor by responding to their
   outreach. Your primary advisor’s name is on the top of My Plattsburgh >>
   Students tab, and also listed first on your Degree Works audit report.
   -

   SEARCH for courses (My Plattsburgh >> Banner 9 SSB/Web icon >> Browse
   classes >> Select Term Spring 2024), and draft a tentative course
   schedule. You may search by Subject and Course Number, or use the Advanced
   Search link to look for a Cardinal Core Curriculum/SUNY GE category in the
   “Attributes” field.

   MEET WITH YOUR ADVISOR to discuss midterm grades, your tentative
   schedule, degree progress, and to get the PIN code you need for registration
