We hope your fall semester has been a positive one and that you have
momentum heading into our last few weeks. If, however, you experience
persistent academic challenges or personal issues, and you believe you are
unable to finish this semester successfully, you may withdraw from the fall
semester.

   To process a personal (non-medical) withdrawal from your fall 2023
   courses, complete our online form
   <https://machform.plattsburgh.edu/view.php?id=354578> (requires
   authentication) and submit by the Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023 deadline. (You may
   not withdraw from the fall semester for personal reasons in the last 10
   days of the semester.)

   To process a medical/psychological leave of absence before the fall
   semester ends, contact the Student Health & Counseling Center
   <healthcenter at plattsburgh.edu> directly.
