[Academic Advising]

It’s almost course advisement time!

*Next week* starts the course advising period. Each student meets with
their primary academic advisor between *April 3 and April 14*. To get you
started:

   -

   VISIT the Course Advisement
   <https://www.plattsburgh.edu/academics/resources/advising/course-advisement.html>
   web page “Students” menu for important dates and guidance (see the Change
   Your Major or Minor menu item for instructions to declare or change your
   field of study now)
   -

   SCHEDULE an appointment with your advisor by responding to their outreach
   -

   SEARCH for Summer & Fall courses (My Plattsburgh >> Students >> Lookup
   Courses to Add), and draft a tentative course schedule
   -

   MEET WITH YOUR ADVISOR to discuss midterm grades, your tentative
   schedule, degree progress, and to get the PIN code you need for registration
