[Important Information for Students] 2021 Sexual & Interpersonal Violence Campus Climate Survey

Dear Students,

COVID-19 has impacted students in unprecedented ways, but it has not
stopped sexual and interpersonal violence. SUNY Plattsburgh maintains a
deep commitment to creating a safe environment for all students and
community members, and we are asking for your help by completing the campus
climate survey.

The survey will be delivered to your email from Survey at suny.edu on February
15th, 2021 and will remain open to be completed through March 22nd, 2021.  The
single-use link to complete the survey will be in that email.

Your individual responses will be treated as confidential. Your
participation in this survey is completely voluntary and will not affect
any aspect of your experience at SUNY Plattsburgh nor can it be tied to you
in any way.

By participating in this survey, you will be providing critical insights to
help protect and support SUNY Plattsburgh students. The more students who
participate, the more we will learn that can help us take on this issue in
a meaningful way. Your response really will make a difference.

At the end of the survey, you will be provided access to a separate
questionnaire to submit your name for a randomized incentive drawing for
the chance to receive a $100 Amazon Gift Certificate. This information is
entered into a separate survey. Clicking Submit on the Climate Survey
severs the link irretrievably with the Incentive Survey. This means that
when the student enters their name and email address, it cannot be tracked
to their responses to the Climate Survey.
