[Important Information for Students] Important Vaccination Status Requirement

Dear Students,

SUNY Central is requiring ALL SUNY Students to provide their COVID 19
vaccination status through a SUNY wide health portal. The portal is located
at this link https://suny.edu/StudentVaccinationPass.  You will be asked to
provide your name, date of birth and phone number.  Please be sure to use
the same name, date of birth and phone number information provided when
signing up for your vaccination.

This requirement applies to both vaccinated and unvaccinated students and
is in addition to any information you have already provided to our campus.


If you have received your vaccine in New York State, the portal will verify
your status automatically.  Partially vaccinated students will receive a
fully vaccinated verification status 15 days after receiving their last
dose in the vaccination series.

If you are vaccinated outside of New York State, or there is an issue with
your automatic retrieval, the portal will prompt you to upload your proof
of vaccination for a manual verification by the campus.
