Dear Students,

Warren County Public Health is offering a Johnson & Johnson vaccine clinic
for SUNY Adk students Tuesday May 4th from 3-4pm in Northwest Bay
Conference Center.  As a SUNY Plattsburgh student at SUNY Adirondack, you
are invited to participate.

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine requires 1 dose.

process will be conducted for everyone visiting any college site.  Students
must use the Haviland Road entrance

2. Before arriving at any college site, students should complete a health
assessment screening on the free CampusClear app
<https://www.campusclear.com/> on their phones to keep traffic flowing. Staff
at any of the college's site entrance checkpoints will check approval on
the app, then grant a color-coded wristband to indicate that person has
been cleared. Those without the app will have to undergo a series of
questions at the checkpoint to receive a wristband.  Download

campusclear.com, select the "I am student..." option to download the app
from Google Play, the AppStore or as a Web App, and register now.
