Good morning,

I know most of our faculty & students park close to Bryan Hall but please
be advised of the following parking lot designation changes on campus,
detailed below.

Reserved parking spots closest to Bryan Hall remain reserved for faculty &
staff with all other unmarked areas available for student parking.

Queensbury Campus faculty & students who do not have a SUNY Adirondack
parking tag on their vehicle, can request one at: http://bit.ly/3cse9Q2

Good morning,

We hope the new semester is off to a smooth start. As we all settle back
into our routines, we’d like to highlight a few changes to the
Faculty-Staff parking lot, adjacent to the Scoville Learning Center and
Eisenhart/Washington Halls, that you may have noticed.

The former “Trustee/Visitor” parking spaces next to the Scoville Learning
Center have been converted to accessible parking. The area previously
designated for accessible parking, adjacent to Eisenhart Hall, was not
compliant with accessibility regulations. With these changes, those spaces
are now reserved for, and available to, staff and faculty.

The “Trustee/Visitor” spaces have been relocated directly across from the
new accessible parking area (see map below). *Please note that the
“Trustee/Visitor” spaces are not intended for staff or faculty use and
should remain available for visitors and trustees.*

Since the start of classes last week, Public Safety has observed students,
as well as others with no parking passes, parking in the reserved lot. We
are currently issuing warnings that include specific instructions for
students who park in these areas, as well as for vehicles without a visible
parking pass. If you are an employee and you receive a parking pass
warning, please use the attached form to register your vehicle and obtain a
pass through Human Resources.
