[Important Information for Queensbury Campus Employees] URGENT: Queensbury Campus Office Suite Door Lock Maintenance

[SUNY Plattsburgh at Queensbury]

Good afternoon,

Maintenance is working on replacing the lock to our front office suite
door. It is expected that it will be replaced and fully functional again
starting tomorrow afternoon, however currently the core is removed so keys
cannot be used to unlock the door.

*For evening classes that meet tonight, there are a few solutions should
faculty need access to the Queensbury Campus office suite after 4 pm: *

   - Dr. Mark Beaulieu will be equipped with a device to unlock the door.
   He teaches until 7:15 pm in room 146.
   - You may see Michelle D. before 4 pm this afternoon for access to an
   alternative key.
   - Faculty equipped with IDs that are correctly programmed to unlock the
   front door should also be able to swipe into the office suite without issue.

Once the lock is replaced, existing keys will work once again so
fortunately there will be no need to upgrade any existing keys.
