[Important Information for Queensbury Campus Employees] BRANCH CAMPUS: Emergency Alert DRILL at SUNY Adirondack

[SUNY Plattsburgh at Queensbury]

Good afternoon,

Earlier this afternoon at approximately 12:15 pm SUNY Adirondack conducted
a **DRILL** of its emergency alert notification system. SUNY Adirondack's
Office of Public Safety is aware that SUNY Plattsburgh at Queensbury
faculty, staff, and students were *not* alerted via email or text of the
drill. Steps have already been taken to correct this.

There is no emergency at this time but this serves as a good reminder to be
aware of your surroundings. To ensure you receive future emergency text
alerts from SUNY Adirondack, make sure your cell phone is up to date in the
Plattsburgh Portal (screenshot below).
