[Important Information for Employees] ACC & Service Complex Paving Project Update

 Paving Projects Starting

Dear Campus Community,

Work to repair the Angell College Center Plaza Entrance is scheduled to
begin on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. Northern Blacktopping will
serve as the primary contractor for this project. This work will run
concurrently with the Service Complex Pavement Replacement – Phase II
project.

Repairs will be made to the concrete surface near the Plaza Entrance. On
Day 1, the contractor will prepare the area for new textured pavement and
complete a small concrete repair before shifting focus to pavement removal
at the Service Complex. Once the new concrete has adequately cured, work
will resume at the Angell College Center.

The project is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting.

Please Note: Construction signage and safety precautions will be in place
in both work areas. Photos identifying the construction zones for both
projects are included below, along with maps showing alternate entrances
and exits for the Angell College Center.

improvements to our campus.
