[Important Information for Employees] Parking Registration for the New Year

Register your vehicle in August for the new year by completing these steps:

*STEP 1: Register a vehicle in MyPlattsburgh
<http://my.plattsburgh.edu/>* (PARKING
icon) using a valid state registration. Be sure to review each current
vehicle listing and re-save any prior year registration to activate it
for the new year.

*STEP 2: Pay the applicable parking fee(s) *according to your campus
affiliation:

   - *All employees* pay a $30 registration fee when completing STEP 1 by
   clicking the PAY button at the bottom of the registration page to redirect
   to the payment screen. From this screen, scroll down the page, select the
   $30 REG FEE, and follow prompts to complete the transaction.


   - *Management Confidential (MC) and Affiliate Employees*, pay two
   parking fees:
      - $30 registration fee as outlined above, *and*
      - $174.20 parking fee when your annual income exceeds $30,000 (This
      fee is not payable in MyPlattsburgh.)
         - MC employees use payroll deduction (ongoing upon initial setup) or
         pre-pay at SFS.
         - Affiliate employees pay the organization's rep for
         batch processing to SFS.

*STEP 3: Claim and display your parking tag.  *Refer to
www.plattsburgh.edu/parking for complete details on registration, including
the Parking Dates & Deadlines
