Capital Project Update

Hawkins Pond Brick Paver Replacement:

Beginning Monday, July 7, 2025, the Hawkins Pond Brick Paver Replacement
Project will officially begin. We are pleased to share that the successful
bidder for this work is Northern Blacktopping, a local contractor.

Project Scope:

   -

   Removal of the existing pavers
   -

   Repair of the underlying subbase
   -

   Installation of a textured asphalt paving system
   -

   Work will include the main patio adjacent to Hawkins Hall and several
   smaller patio areas around the pond

Once the new surface has had sufficient time to cure, the contractor will
return to apply the selected paint coating to complete the project.

Please note:
All existing trees located within these patio areas will be preserved.
Larger openings will be created around the trees to ensure healthy
continued growth.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as this important enhancement
is completed.
