*We have lift-off!* Information Technology Services (ITS) is pleased to
announce the launch of a new *ITS Portal*

Plattsburgh community.

Access the new portal with the direct link

the "ITS Portal" option in MyPlattsburgh

Designed to improve user experience, the ITS Portal provides a single entry
point for getting help, obtaining services, conducting transactions, and
accessing your campus technologies.

Now you can submit, view, and interact with your ITS Helpdesk tickets. But
that’s just the beginning.

The ITS Portal lets you view our full set of ITS services, consult an
expanding technology knowledge base, find answers to most-asked questions,
set your NetID and password, access core campus applications, and connect
to tech resources—all aligned with your role in the campus community.

We understand the importance of providing users with the tech support they
need to do their work in the most convenient and problem-free way possible.
We’ve chosen a single cloud-based platform that optimizes self-service,
with enterprise integration and automation that we are able to customize
for SUNY Plattsburgh.

The ITS Portal is very much a work in progress. Some features, such as
the Knowledge
Base, will take a bit more time to build out fully. We value your input.
So, give it a test run and let us know your thoughts. Our teams are eager
to hear any and all feedback, and we remain dedicated to helping you every
step of the way.
