[Important Information for Plattsburgh Campus Students] CAS ID Card Update #2

Dear Cardinal Community,

The manufacturing delays resulting in our ID card shortage continues. This
situation is very frustrating for all of us and our teams are working
together to resolve this as quickly as possible. Once we have an exact time
of when your card is ready for pick-up, we will contact you via email.

In the meantime, if you are a student & do not have an ID Card yet:

   - *Meals: *Please review the attachment for reopening hours of operation
      - *Today:* Please join us at our Welcome Back BBQ behind Clinton
      Dining Hall, Late Night at Clinton, and visit our new location, Halal
      Shack, on the first floor of the ACC. Neither location requires
sign-ins or
      ID cards - your meals are covered!
      - *Tomorrow:* Clinton Dining Hall & Halal Shack will continue to
      offer service to all students with no sign-ins or ID cards needed.
      - *Monday - Wednesday:* If you do not have an ID card, but you have a
      meal plan, you will receive coupons for meal swipe access to all
venues for
      three meals per day.
   - *CAS Office: Our office is open today and tomorrow from 11 a.m. - 2
   p.m. If you do not have your ID card yet and you have a meal plan, please
   come see us to pick up your coupons for Monday - Wednesday. We are also
   open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.*
      - *If you still need an ID card, but haven't uploaded a photo OR had
      your photo taken in our office, please come see us this weekend
to get your
      photo taken. This allows us to have your information ready to print on a
      card once our shipments arrive.*
   - *Housing:* Residence hall doors will be open during the day, and our
   check-in staff are happy to help. In the evening starting at 8pm, our CA on
   duty in the hall can help (signs posted on the front doors with the phone
   number) and after midnight, please call UPD at 518 564 2022.

Thank you again for your patience. Once our card shipments arrive, we will
immediately start printing cards and arrange pick-up times.
