[Important Information for Plattsburgh Campus Students] COVID Cases | Friday Update

Dear Campus Community,
The college recorded two positive COVID-19 cases on Friday. Over the past
14 days, 14 total cases have been recorded, with five cases active and nine
recovered.
Based on public health guidance, nine students are in quarantine -- three
on-campus and six off-campus. We respect the privacy of those in isolation
and quarantine and will support them. If you are aware, please also respect
their privacy.
SUNY Upstate Medical University reports weekly pooled testing results
directly to students, faculty and staff to your registered email address
when completed. If your result is presumed negative, you need take no
further action. If your result is positive, you will be contacted by the
Student Health and Counseling Center or the Clinton County Health
Department with further details. If you get the notification email before
being contacted, we ask you to self-isolate and contact your health care
professional or the health center at 518-564-2187 or healthcenter@
plattsburgh.edu.

local vaccine appointments.
We encourage you to take steps daily to ensure the safety for you and all
