[Important Information for Employees] Reminder: Vehicle Registration Required for Campus Parking

Good morning,

This is a reminder that all vehicles parked on campus must be properly
registered.

The vast majority of employees have complied with this requirement and have
paid the $30 annual parking fee. That cooperation is appreciated.

However, there continues to be a pattern of noncompliance in certain
parking areas, despite prior reminders. At this point, this is not an issue
of time or inconvenience, but rather adherence to an established
requirement.

This creates an inequity for those who have followed the process and paid
the required fee. Consistent application of the policy is necessary to
ensure fairness for all employees.

Vehicles parked on campus without proper registration are subject to
enforcement, including ticketing. While parking enforcement is not a
primary focus during the summer months, ongoing noncompliance will be
addressed.
