[Important Information for Employees] Closure of Campus Printing & Duplicating Center - Effective May 1, 2025

Dear Campus Community,

I am writing to inform you of an upcoming organizational change involving
the Printing & Duplicating Center.

Effective May 1, 2025, the campus Printing and Duplicating Center will
close.  With a steady decrease in demand over time, we’ve made the
difficult decision to discontinue this service.  The vacant position line
from the center will now be used to fund a new line in the central heating
plant to ensure our 24/7 operations for heating and cooling are
prioritized.

We understand that many of you rely on the Center for a variety of printing
needs.  To assist with this transition, below is a guide to alternative
on-campus printing solutions available through our Toshiba and HP
multifunction printers:
