Dear Cardinals,


Getting a flu shot is the best way to stay healthy and it is easy and
covered by insurance, and now it is even easier to get yours. The Student
Health and Counseling Center is sponsoring an *On-Campus Flu Clinic* in
collaboration with the Cornerstone & Keeseville Pharmacies. *You can still
make an appointment, or just come over for a walk in appointment!*

Macomb Hall (across from EOP)

When? TODAY (Thursday, October 24th) from 10 am to 2 pm

shot appointment or scan the QR code below

What do I need? Bring your health insurance information to the appointment


If you do not have health insurance, there will also be an option to pay
cash for your flu shot ($30).


The flu vaccine is the best way to prevent the flu. The CDC recommends that
everyone 6 months and older get a flu shot annually. Other ways to avoid
getting sick and/or spreading the flu include:


   - Wash your hands
   - Cover your coughs and sneezes
   - Avoid close contact
   - Avoid crowded places
   - Improve ventilation
   - Clean surfaces
   - Exercise regularly
   - Quit smoking
   - Eat nutritious food


Remember that staying healthy starts with you.  See you at the flu clinic,
