Lots 27 & 28:

   -

   First 3 weeks have progressed well.
   -

   Existing Lighting has been removed.
   -

   Granite curb removal in progress.
   -

   Underground pipe inspection is complete
   -

   All catch basins should be installed by this Friday.



Lots 9 & 10:

   -

   Initial start has been tentatively pushed back until the week of Monday,
   May 27, 2024.
   -

   Contractor is focusing on Lots 27 & 28 to stay ahead of the progress
   schedule.



Capital Planning will continue to provide updates.
