Parking Lots - On Schedule

Lots 27 & 28:

   -

   Removals are complete.
   -

   Many structures are in place.
   -

   Electrical work is in progress.
   -

   Preparing to install the new subbase material.


Lots 9 & 10:

   -

   Construction commenced last week.
   -

   Removals completed in the Yokum lot and roadways on the south & west
   sides of Kehoe.

Dining Facility - On Schedule

Halal Shack:

   -

   Demolition is 90% complete.
   -

   Abatement clean air tests scheduled to be back this week.



Sundowner:

   -

   Removals are taking place.
   -

   Abatement contractor is working on abatement work in the kitchen area
   with clean air tests to be complete next week.


Cardinal Market:

   -

   Retail area has been disassembled.
   -

   Demolition work is underway - including trenching for the replacement of
   the sanitary line with added tie ins.
   -

   Electrical work progressing.





Miscellaneous Upcoming Projects

Roof Replacements:

   -

   Service Building, Service Garage, Infirmary, & Beaumont
   -

   Design Consultant Search: In Progress


Kehoe ADA Bathrooms:

   -

   Design Consultant - Architecture +
   -

   Construction is slated to begin Fall 2025 with substantial completion
   expected Fall 2026.


Kehoe Flood Restoration:

   -

   Design Consultant - AES Northeast
   -

   Construction is slated to begin Fall 2024 with substantial completion
   expected Winter 2025.


Ward Hall Counseling Center:

   -

   Design Consultant - AEDA
   -

   Construction is slated to begin Spring 2025 with substantial completion
   expected Fall 2025.
