Campus Community,

We've added a "File a Trouble Report" link to the Brightspace red menu bar
for students and faculty. You can find the link on both the home page under
"Useful tools", and on every course site under "Course Tools".

Please use this link to access the Trouble Report form, which will gather
important information that will allow us to more quickly and efficiently
address your issues. The resulting ticket will be shared with members of
both TEL and ITS, which will also help avoid any delay in response.

If you need further assistance, please call our helpdesk at 518-564-4433,
send us an email at helpdesk at plattsburgh.edu, or submit a ticket on our
portal https://its.plattsburgh.edu.
