[Important Information for Employees] Update - Campus network services restored

Campus Community,

ITS teams were able to isolate the issues causing the network outage that
was affecting both datacenters and as of this email, *all services are
restored*. In this case, both the primary and backup equipment designed to
prevent this from happening failed.

We once again appreciate your patience as we worked to bring services back
online.
