[Important Information for Employees] Lenel System Upgrade ( Card Access)

Teams from Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing an
upgrade to the Lenel System which controls door access and manages security
camera recordings.  This upgrade will occur on *Tuesday, January 24th
starting at 8am* and will take most, if not all of the day to complete.
Card access will still work for all cards that have already been
added/updated prior to the upgrade, however, *no new cards nor any access
level changes can be processed until the upgrade is complete*.   Security
cameras will still be functional but cannot be monitored during the
upgrade process.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we perform these critical
system upgrades.
