[Important Information for Employees] Bivalent COVID-19 Booster Vaccine Clinic

Dear Campus Community,

Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, September 15, the Clinton County Health Department (CCHD) will be holding several bivalent COVID-19 booster vaccine clinics at the YMCA located at 295 New York Road, Plattsburgh (formally the CVPH Wellness Center). Both the Pfizer and Moderna bivalent boosters will be available. 

Register here for your bivalent booster. Walk-ins are welcomed.

These clinics are open to the public for anyone 12 years of age and older that is eligible for a booster dose vaccination for COVID-19. A parent or guardian must be present to consent to vaccinate a minor child.  

Eligibility: Your last dose of the COVID-19 vaccine must have been at least 2 months ago. For additional eligibility information click here.

Be sure to bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you and wear a short sleeve shirt to the clinic.  

DO NOT Double Book!  If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering, check your SPAM or Junk folders.  If you do not receive the confirmation, please call CCHD before re-registering.
