[Important Information for Employees] UPDATE | May 2022 Commencement Events

Campus Community,

Thank you to all who have volunteered to assist in one or more of the three
Saturday, May 21 Commencement events. Your participation in this tradition
will be appreciated by our graduating students.

Details on assignments will be shared with volunteers next week. If you
would still like to assist, please let us know at
president_office at plattsburgh.edu.

Faculty and staff may also walk in regalia. Those not able to either
volunteer or walk in regalia in at least one event may submit an absence
from commencement form

to
their supervisor.

Also of note:

   - To allow family, friends and graduates to park closer, those attending
   are asked to use parking lots and areas off Bowman Street behind the
   Stafford Ice Arena.
   - Attendees at commencement ceremonies are encouraged to wear face
   coverings. Floor seating for faculty and graduates will be socially
   distanced.
