[Important Information for Employees] Office Hours with President Continue in April, May

Dear Campus Community,

I have appreciated the opportunity to meet with more than a dozen faculty,
staff and students during office hours in February and March.

We have a shared interest as Cardinals to continuously improve the college
and campus experience. We have covered a range of topics. For example,
these meetings have prompted me to look at the campus calendar, care for
international students and some of our facilities in new ways.

You may choose an in-person or Zoom option. The times are open to
individuals or groups of two or three people. My office will contact you
directly to confirm your 15 minute meeting time.

Dates for the balance of the semester are:

   - Friday, Apr. 8 from noon to 2 p.m.
   - Monday, May 2 from 9 to 11 a.m.

Please complete the topic section as well. Some requests may be rerouted to
ensure more prompt consideration (e.g., grade disputes, salary adjustments,
etc.). Office hours are not designed to replace matters best handled by
established campus procedures.

I look forward to visiting with as many as we can. We will evaluate the
office hours process at the end of the semester and make any needed
adjustments for Fall 2022.
