[Important Information for Employees] The Death of Dr. Warren Dixon

Dear Members of the Campus Community,

We were saddened to learn of the death of Dr. Warren Dixon, professor
emeritus of business and economics, who died at the age of 96 in his West
Plattsburgh home Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022.

Dr. Dixon joined the business and economics faculty as an assistant
professor in September 1965. He was promoted to associate professor in 1972
and full professor in 1988. He retired December 2002.
