[Important Information for Employees] Moodle to be temporarily offline for maintenance

Please be advised that Moodle will be unavailable to faculty and students
between 8 am on Thursday, May 20th and 9 am on Friday, May 21st. This
downtime will allow LITS staff to install upgrades and security patches.

Please plan for this service interruption and adjust your Moodle access
plans accordingly.

Documents providing an overview of changes to Moodle will be made available
when the system comes back online on May 21st.

Faculty are encouraged to become acquainted with system changes by
attending the *“What’s new” workshop* that afternoon.

   - Register online now <https://facweb.plattsburgh.edu/workshops>
   - While on the registration site, faculty interested in a pursuing a
   fuller immersion in Moodle can register for a five-day workshop beginning
   on Monday, May 24th.
