Dear Campus Community,

Faculty and staff tickets for seats remain for all events. These are
available now and you may attend more than one.

We will not have the traditional walk into the gym, but those in regalia
will have a limited number of socially distanced seats to watch the
ceremonies. If you have questions on your tickets or wish to move to a
different time or times, please contact *studentactivities at plattsburgh.edu
<studentactivities at plattsburgh.edu>*. Tickets will not be available after
Friday, May 7.

*Bracelet Pick Up at Pre-Check-In for All in Attendance*If you have your
graduation ticket, are volunteering or are working, please get your
bracelet and pre-check-in for the event ahead of time. Those who have
completed the health requirements and have a ticket will be given a
bracelet corresponding to their event time or times. This will make for a
much easier entry on Commencement Saturday. Hours outside the Angell
College Center for check-in next week are:

   - Wednesday, May 12, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
   - Thursday, May 12, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
   - Friday, May 14, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

At check in, you will receive other details for Commencement Saturday.
While you may still attend if you miss pre-check-in, we very much encourage
you to get this done ahead of time.

*Special Pool Testing Wednesday, May 12 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.*
To attend Saturday, you must meet state health requirements. Questions on
specific requirements can be shared to *healthcenter at plattsburgh.edu*
<healthcenter at plattsburgh.edu>.

This means ahead of the graduation event you must complete one of the
following:

   - Completed your COVID-19 vaccine shots. Show your Excelsior Pass or
   vaccination card.
   - Provide proof of a negative diagnostic COVID-19 test taken within 72
hours of the event. It must be a PCR or similar test. Bring
   documentation of the result.
   - Participate in a campus pooled surveillance test being set up for
Wednesday morning, May 12. We have determined this can meet state
requirements. Details on this process will be shared later.
   - Provide proof you have fully recovered from a lab-confirmed case of
COVID-19 in the last three months. This includes proof of your prior
positive test result and completed order of isolation within the last 90
   days.

If you need to meet the negative COVID test requirement, please attend this
special pool testing. When you have received a confirmed negative result,
you may then get your bracelet.

*Other Event Reminders*
Regalia is available at the Campus Bookstore and should be worn to the
event. There will not be changing areas available.

Please plan to arrive one-half-hour before your commencement event time or
times.

We will be sharing each graduating group’s celebration via livestream.
Recordings will also be online after the program. Please understand guests
or spectators will not be allowed to enter the Field House or other campus
facilities due to ongoing COVID restrictions.
