[Important Information for Employees] Safety Alert - Awareness Notification (Correction with Photo)

The following correct is being sent on behalf of Patrick Rascoe:

Campus Community,

This information is being shared with you for your awareness and to prevent
similar incidents.

Area law enforcement agencies have made several arrests in connection with
complaints alleging trespass and public lewdness by 29-year-old Devina Irby
(picture linked below). He has been seen in and around many Clinton County
locations, including campus.

Irby remains free on his own recognizance and is known to approach females
and engage in conversation. It is alleged that he has sometimes exposed
himself during these encounters.

Members of the campus community are encouraged to refrain from contact with
this individual and report any sightings on-campus or concerning behavior
to University Police (518-564-2022) as he has been prohibited from entering
or remaining on campus.

As a reminder, University Police are available 24/7 to provide safety
escorts for anyone who requests assistance about campus.
