[Important Information for Employees] 2021 Sexual & Interpersonal Violence Campus Climate Survey

Dear Colleagues,

COVID-19 has impacted students in unprecedented ways, but it has not
stopped sexual and interpersonal violence. SUNY Plattsburgh maintains a
deep commitment to creating a safe environment for all students and
community members, and we are asking for your help by completing the campus
climate survey.

Pursuant to New York State Education Law Article 129-B and 2014 and 2018
Board policies, The State University of New York conducts a survey of the
campus climate around sexual and interpersonal violence every other year.
Separate surveys are sent to all students (February 15th) and all
employees, respectively. No one under the age of 18 is surveyed.

The survey will be delivered to your email from Survey at suny.edu on February
18th, 2021 and will remain open to be completed through March 25th, 2021.  The
single-use link to complete the survey will be in that email.

Your individual responses will be treated as confidential. Your
participation in this survey is completely voluntary and will not affect
any aspect of your experience at SUNY Plattsburgh nor can it be tied to you
in any way.

By participating in this survey, you will be providing critical insights to
help protect and support SUNY Plattsburgh community members. The more
people who participate, the more we will learn that can help us take on
this issue in a meaningful way. Your response really will make a
difference.

greatly appreciated.
