Last Fall our employees did a tremendous job providing a safe environment
for student learning and College operations. Spring brings some important
changes to our health and safety program;

   -

   Mandatory weekly pool testing for all employees who are reporting to
   work on campus to complete some or all of your work obligation.
   -

   Employee home/office testing kits.
   -

   Scheduled day & time for test drop off and pickup.


Mandatory Weekly Testing

Last month, we announced that we are increasing the frequency of pool
testing for students and employees to every week starting February 15th.  All
required employees must participate once weekly. Due to the current MOUs in
place between the state and various bargaining units, participation in pool
testing is mandatory and non-compliance will result in progressive
disciplinary action. Learn More.

Home Testing Kits

Beginning February 15, we are happy to announce the availability of home
testing for employees! The test is conducted the same way as if you were
walking through the line, but conducted in your home or office.
Instructions are provided within the home testing kits. You can pick up
your first home test kit when you arrive in Algonquin Hall for regular
employee testing this week (February 10 or 11) or test kits will be
available at the Service Desk in the Service Building on Sanborn Avenue
during regular business hours on Wednesday, February 10 - Friday, February
12, and Monday, February 15 - Wednesday, February 17.

Make sure to pick up your home test kit prior to your scheduled time slot!


Employees must sign up for a time slot using our University Ticketing
System

required). Your ticket options will be for a day and time that you will be
dropping off your home test kit and picking up a new one throughout the
Spring 2021 semester (February 15th through May 21st). After you complete
scheduling your standing time slot, you will receive a ticket. You DO NOT
need to print or bring your ticket with you when you arrive. The available
time slots will include Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays from 9am to noon
and 1pm to 3:30pm.
