Dear Faculty and Staff,



Due to inclement weather expected in the area tomorrow, February 2nd, the
campus has made the decision to move pool testing from Tuesday, February
2nd to Wednesday, February 3rd. All previous information sent regarding
pool testing and designated testing times has remained unchanged and can be
found below.



All employees who actively report for on-campus work are expected to
participate in the pool testing program.  Please reference the schedule
below, based on the first letter of your last name for your intended time
of testing.  If you are unable to be tested at your designated time, you
are welcome to come at another time within the available options (between
9:00am – 12:00 noon and 1:00pm – 3:30pm on Wednesday, February 3rd).

● Last name begins with A - CH scheduled for 9:00 – 10:00am

● Last name begins with CI - F scheduled for 10:00 – 11:00am

● Last name begins with G – K scheduled for 11:00 – 12:00 noon

● Last name begins with L – M scheduled for 1:00 – 2:00pm

● Last name begins with N – R scheduled for 2:00 – 3:00pm

● Last name begins with S – Z scheduled for 3:00 – 3:30pm

Before your testing day, you must create a COVID-19 surveillance account
and register online by using this link - https://www.suny-covid-test.com/.
