requirements. State employees must return attestations to Human Resource
Services (via hrs at plattsburgh.edu or to 912 Kehoe) upon return to campus.
Affiliates should return their attestation forms to their appropriate Human

This fall, mandatory COVID-19 testing will continue at Algonquin Hall. All
employees must participate in COVID-19 testing, once weekly, unless an
exemption is on file (see Testing Opt Out below). We would like to bring
your attention to the following information regarding who must attend
testing and testing operations for this semester.

   -

Who Must Attend. If you are reporting to work on campus to complete some
or all of your work obligation and are an employee represented by CSEA,
UUP, PBA and PEF you are subject to testing under specific Memorandums of
Understanding (MOU) reached between SUNY and each bargaining unit.
Management Confidential employees are also deemed subject to testing. As
   such, attendance is considered mandatory.
   -

Testing Opt Out. Fully vaccinated employees (including auxiliary workers
and vendors with a regular on-campus presence), who wish to disclose that
they are fully vaccinated, will no longer have to participate in the
campus’ weekly COVID-19 surveillance pool testing. In order to be exempt
from testing, vaccinated employees will need to provide proof of
vaccination via the Vaccination Attestation Form

   .
   -

Home Test Kits. We will continue the use of home test kits. You can
pick up your first home test kit at Algonquin Hall on Monday August 23 from
   9 a.m. – noon; 1 – 4 p.m.. Test kits will be available at the service desk
in the Service Building on Sanborn Avenue during regular business hours
Monday – Friday starting Aug. 23.
   -

Hours of Operation. The Algonquin Hall test site will be open Mondays
and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. – noon; 1 – 4 p.m. If you do not report to campus
Monday or Tuesday drop off is available at University Police Monday through
Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday. Using this drop off should be an
exception and every effort should be made to drop off during your
designated drop off time slot. The full schedule is available here
