[Important Information for Employees] Annual Sexual Harassment Training Requirements

Dear Colleagues,

Pursuant to NYS Labor Law 201-G, sexual harassment training must be
provided to all employees annually. In previous years, you would have
received notification of this, as well as training content through the
WeComply module.

This year, we have created a Moodle Development Course Site
<https://moodle.plattsburgh.edu/course/view.php?id=24845> which contains
the following:


   -

   Welcome video from Title IX Coordinator - Butterfly Blaise Boire;
   -

   Training presentation (1 hr in length);
   -

   Follow-up quiz;
   -

   Additional training/educational videos;
   -

   Links to resources/guides.


Sexual harassment is a serious issue and the College has a responsibility
to respond to reports. This training is designed to provide you with an
understanding of your rights & responsibilities. Together, we strive to
foster a culture where misconduct is not tolerated and accountability is
clear.

We ask that you complete this training by December 1st, 2020. If you have
