[Academic-Affairs] Reminder: Faculty Accomplishments Responses due this Friday

Colleagues,
As I shared in Senate, I am sending out a Google Form to collect
information on Academic Affairs Faculty and Staff scholarly accomplishments for
this academic year.  We also plan to have a section on *significant*
service contributions.  The form provides clarity on the information
requested, so please read and respond carefully.

It is *critical* that all publication and presentation citations are
submitted in academic citation format.  In other words, according to the
expectations in your field.  The earlier publication we were working on
became impossible because many of the submissions did not provide full
information and did not follow any standardized format.  Hope you can help
me finally get this project off the ground to celebrate all of you!
