[Academic-Affairs] Class caps

Colleagues,

Effective Fall 2022, we will be returning the classroom capacities to their
original, pre-COVID settings.  As has been the case throughout the
pandemic, the college will continue to monitor the health and safety of our
campus, and if necessary, we will pivot back to smaller caps.  For your
fall planning, classrooms will be assigned using the Normal Code Compliance
Occupancy

Signage will be updated following the spring semester, and chairs will be
returned if applicable.
